Scene Study
Our scene study class focuses on character development and scene analysis in a variety of genres. Purpose: to help students develop versatility and flexibility in acting auditons/performance and to build students repertoire of appropriate post secondary/professional auditions materials.

Voice for the Actor
A class to improve students speaking voice by installing the fundamentals of  breath support, diction, projection, vocal health, etc. Purpose: to improve the students vocal performance, clarity, and resonance.

Dance Technique( Ballet, Jazz and Tap)
Every actor needs dance technique to improve their grace on stage.  An instructor from Ariel's Dance Studio with teach a combination of Jazz and Ballet that will encompass technique and basis choreography

Vocal Theory and Ear Training
Learn the fundamentals of musical composition markings, key signatures, intervals, sight singing, etc.  Purpose is to improve students ability to read music and learn harmonies in audition and callback opportunities.

Musical Theatre Production
Putting the elements of technique into practice through performance application. This class will include: musical theater dance, featured and ensemble vocal perofrmance work,  scene work for the musical theater performance.

Creating an Organic Ensemble
Learn how to apply acting techniques like Atlantic's Practical Aesthetics in an organic ensemble. Class will focus on connecting you to your fellow actors, improving your ability to observe, listen and respond,  application of viewpoints, repetition, etc. Purpose: to learn how to create original ensemble theater art.

Hair and Makeup for the Actor
Learn the essentials of makeup for stage:  Aging your face, hairstyles across decades and cultures, stage eyes and lips, scars, injuries, deformities, etc. Men this applies to you as well!

Technical Theater for the Actor
Every actor needs to understand and appreciate the production roles of stage management, set and lighting design, sound design, costuming, marketing and house management.

Fundamental Music Theory
Learn the fundamentals of music theory that provide an edge in winning roles in the callback room.
